The Locations Lottery
At the film project kick off event the 10 sponsored locations will be distributed amongst the filmmaking teams by way of random draw. Filmmakers and locations will NOT be matched up until 9:00pm on Friday August 13th. It is the job of the filmmakers to contact the locations at that point about scheduling and use of space. Filmmakers will be required to have the location sign a location agreement as well as work with the location as to not impede their business. (Educational Component... filmmakers must learn to work with people!)
